Common Support Topics

Login & Account Access

If you are unable to log in:

  • Ensure you are using the correct email address
  • Check your internet connection
  • Reset your password using the login screen
  • Contact your organisation administrator if access issues continue

GPS & Location Permissions

GeoProof requires location access to verify on-site evidence capture.

If GPS verification is not working:

  • Open your device Settings
  • Select GeoProof
  • Enable Location Access
  • Set permission to "While Using the App"

For best results, ensure:

  • GPS is enabled on your device
  • You have a stable signal outdoors
  • Low Power Mode is disabled if location updates are delayed

Photo Upload Issues

If evidence photos are not uploading:

  • Check your internet connection
  • Verify the app has camera and photo permissions enabled
  • Ensure the job is still active
  • Retry syncing from the Sync Status screen

Offline evidence will automatically upload once connectivity is restored.

Offline Mode

GeoProof supports offline working in areas with poor signal.

While offline:

  • Evidence is securely stored on-device
  • GPS metadata continues to be captured where available
  • Data will sync automatically when connection is restored

Evidence Rejections

If evidence has been rejected:

  • Open the relevant job
  • Review the rejected checklist item
  • Retake the required evidence
  • Re-submit the updated photos
